About the position

The Salesforce Lead Developer is responsible for leading the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, leveraging extensive experience in software development and programming design. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce technologies, including Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, as well as the ability to integrate Salesforce with various platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate thought leadership in SaaS solutions and possess strong client-facing communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Configure and develop Lightning components.
  • Integrate Salesforce with multiple platforms and technologies.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership in SaaS solutions and technologies.
  • Develop strong SaaS solutions focused on Salesforce.com.
  • Understand and manage Salesforce communities.
  • Utilize Salesforce programming languages including APEX, Force.com, and VisualForce.
  • Engage with key business functional areas such as ERP, CRM, and SCM.
  • Apply industry knowledge in relevant verticals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze business needs and provide solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of direct experience in software development and/or programming design and systems management.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning (Configuration and Development).
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce programming including APEX, Force.com, and VisualForce.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce Lightning Platform and development of lightning components.
  • Experience with integrations between Salesforce and other platforms.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills.
  • Strong business analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work creatively in a team environment.
  • Salesforce.com Certification is a plus.
