In this position as the Salesforce Lead Development/Administrator your primary duties will be to create and maintain Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings. You will also create and manage sandbox environments, identify and gather requirements, translating them into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience. Additionally, you will identify unused or underutilized platform features, create a platform roadmap and define priorities while liaising with stakeholders. Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer will be part of your responsibilities. You will have DevOps/release management experience, assist with requirements gathering, design and development, create test cases or test scripts for unit testing, perform production support for IT systems, lead focused discussions on technical topics, guide junior developers, read/create technical system documents, and communicate and collaborate within different sections of IT and business areas. Additional duties may be assigned.
