The Salesforce Lightning Business Analyst role is a full-time position based in Plano, TX, requiring a strong background in Salesforce Lightning and business analysis. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience specifically with Salesforce Lightning, alongside a total of 10 years in the IT field. A Salesforce Admin Certification is mandatory for this role. The candidate will be expected to take on a functional lead role, particularly in environments involving call center software and customer service processes. In this position, the Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for defining business requirements and systems goals through collaboration with the Product Owner and key business stakeholders. This includes identifying and defining the scope of processes to establish target state features. The analyst will analyze existing business processes, identify gaps in capabilities, and determine the necessary data sources and process changes required to address these gaps. The role also involves working closely with stakeholders to create user stories and organize product backlogs within an agile framework, specifically following scrum development processes. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements and partner with integration teams to ensure that front-end requirements are met. Additionally, the analyst will work with product architects, designers, and customers to define and refine the user experience. Leading QA activities and collaborating with developers to explain requirements and test solutions before production implementation are also key responsibilities of this role. Experience in banking or financial services is considered a plus.
