Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Salesforce professionals, including admins and developers.
• Participate in setting standards for writing and managing developers.
• Mentor and teach team members, focusing 75% on people management and 25% on technical tasks.
• Organize the Salesforce team by feature rather than by cloud to improve project delivery.
• Present updates and strategies to C-level executives.

Requirements

• Experience as a Salesforce developer or senior administrator.
• Proven experience in a large enterprise environment with 1200+ users.
• Strong knowledge of Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, with familiarity in Marketing Cloud.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team and present to C-level executives.
