Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Salesforce professionals, including admins and developers.
  • Participate in setting standards for writing and managing developers.
  • Mentor and teach team members, focusing on their professional development.
  • Organize the Salesforce team by feature rather than by cloud to improve project delivery.
  • Present updates and strategies to C-level executives.
  • Oversee the support and development of Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Salesforce developer or senior administrator.
  • Proven ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Strong technical skills in Salesforce, particularly in Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
  • Experience working in a large enterprise environment with 1200+ users.
  • Ability to present technical information to C-level executives.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
