  • Organize the Salesforce team by feature rather than by cloud to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Present updates and strategies to C-level executives.
  • Oversee the support and enhancement of Salesforce clouds, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Salesforce developer or senior administrator.
  • Proven experience in a large enterprise environment with 1200+ users.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, with familiarity in Marketing Cloud.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives.
