About the position

The Marketing Automation team at Milestone Technologies is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist. As an expert in marketing automation, you will launch, optimize, and scale global business marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of our client's products and services. You will orchestrate journeys to use digital channels, such as email, ads, web, and events to drive results. Your role will involve building marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign setup, email setup, testing, scheduling, tracking, and measuring campaigns to drive both short-term and long-term results. You will also orchestrate multi-channel customer journeys using Journey Builder, which includes digital channels such as email, webinars, messaging, forms, landing pages, in-app messaging, and web. In addition, you will set up webinar programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, which includes email invitations, reminders, landing pages, and forms. You will create and maintain lists, segmentations, and data extensions, and optimize marketing automation programs with a focus on driving engagement, efficiency, and scalability. Providing campaign-level reporting on email, webinar, and other marketing channels will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also consult with marketing stakeholders on marketing automation and email marketing best practices to drive channel effectiveness, and work cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Build marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud including campaign setup, email setup, testing, scheduling, tracking, and measuring campaigns to drive short-term and long-term results
  • Orchestrate multi-channel customer journeys using Journey Builder, including digital channels such as email, webinars, messaging, forms, landing pages, in-app messaging, and web
  • Set up webinar programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email invitations, reminders, landing pages and forms
  • Create and maintain lists, segmentations, and data extensions
  • Optimize marketing automation programs with a focus on driving engagement, efficiency, and scalability
  • Provide campaign-level reporting on email, webinar, and other marketing channels
  • Consult with marketing stakeholders on marketing automation and email marketing best practices to drive channel effectiveness
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • Expert hands-on proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Strong technical knowledge using Salesforce Marketing Cloud with an in-depth understanding of technical configuration, customization and integration concepts
  • Experience with webinar programs
  • Excellent grasp of best practices for email marketing
  • Knowledge of CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong business acumen and quantitative analytical skills. SQL skills a plus
  • Fast Learner - Can achieve power-user status on multiple tools quickly
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
