About the position

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect is responsible for driving client IT enhancements and process improvements within the Financial Services industry. This role involves collaborating with delivery and account teams to implement Salesforce marketing solutions, ensuring effective execution of the customer's roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas to drive client IT enhancements and process improvements based on knowledge of the Financial Services industry and relevant technology.
• Work collaboratively with delivery and account teams to execute against the customer's roadmap through the implementation and delivery of Salesforce marketing solutions.
• Develop HTML email templates, SFMC templates & components, landing pages, and scripting.
• Utilize SFMC to create and maintain Lists, Data Extensions, update subscriber lists, create segmentation groups and track emails, and develop relevant reports and dashboards.
• Serve as a Salesforce technical developer with hands-on experience in implementing SFMC while managing multiple strategic clients.

Requirements
