About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud Architect to join our dynamic consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, with a focus on transformations and consulting. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing and data processes and the ability to design and implement innovative solutions that drive business success. In this position, you will lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions for clients. You will collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. Providing expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, including data modeling, integration, and security, will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will drive transformation initiatives by leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud to improve customer engagement, streamline operations, and enhance data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud capabilities and best practices. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud features and industry trends will be essential to continuously improve our service offerings.
