About the position

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Delivery Senior Manager at Accenture is responsible for leading the delivery of marketing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly within the Financial Services sector. This role involves analyzing client needs, developing strategic visions for projects, and ensuring successful implementation while maintaining strong client relationships. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to guide teams and manage project timelines effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to analyze their work practices and understand their business needs to customize marketing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Own the development of a strategic vision for projects, including product development and improvements, ensuring adoption.
  • Make recommendations based on analysis, estimate work effort, lead project scoping, determine required resources, and set realistic schedules.
  • Maintain effective client relations, delivering timely and relevant information with a focus on project impact.
  • Run workshops and assess campaign impact/value while working closely with clients.
  • Lead the successful delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions from a functional standpoint.
  • Manage delivery schedules, keep teams on track, assess risk areas, and mitigate impacts to the program.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years experience implementing and/or running Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other Marketing Automation Tools.
  • Minimum of 5 years crafting marketing solutions, including capability assessment, requirements gathering, experience design, and process reengineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years customer relationship management experience in service, marketing, and/or sales.
  • Experience supporting the Financial Services Industry and/or FS clients.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Nice-to-haves

  • Campaign management experience using multiple cloud technologies (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Cheetahmail, or Sendgrid).
  • Previous technology consulting work experience.
  • Well-rounded in both functional and technical aspects of a CRM or Digital Marketing engagement.
  • Experience leading a cross-cloud and/or global delivery team.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (SFMC Email Specialist & SFMC Consultant, SFMC Admin).
