About the position

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Delivery Senior Manager at Accenture is responsible for leading the delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions specifically tailored for the Financial Services sector. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills to ensure timely and efficient project execution, while also fostering client relationships and understanding their business needs. The position involves analyzing client practices, defining requirements, and customizing marketing solutions, all while maintaining effective communication and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to analyze their work practices and understand their business needs.
  • Define requirements and customize marketing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Develop a strategic vision for projects, including product development and improvements.
  • Estimate work effort, lead project scoping, and determine required resources.
  • Set realistic schedules and build accurate communication and governance plans.
  • Maintain effective client relations and deliver timely information.
  • Run workshops and assess campaign impact and value.
  • Lead the successful delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions from a functional standpoint.
  • Keep the delivery schedule on track and assess risk areas.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years experience implementing and/or running Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other Marketing Automation Tools.
  • Minimum of 5 years crafting marketing solutions including capability assessment and requirements gathering.
  • Minimum of 5 years customer relationship management experience in service, marketing, or sales.
  • Experience supporting the Financial Services Industry and/or FS clients.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Campaign management experience using multiple cloud technologies (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua).
  • Previous technology consulting work experience.
  • Well-rounded in both functional and technical aspects of CRM or Digital Marketing engagement.
  • Experience leading a cross-cloud and/or global delivery team.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (SFMC Email Specialist & SFMC Consultant, SFMC Admin).
