About the position

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer at Progress Residential will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable marketing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud products. This position involves collaborating with architects to align marketing strategies with the overall Salesforce Enterprise architecture, providing technical advice, and optimizing marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud products and integrate with Salesforce CRM and other applications.
• Demonstrate technical understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
• Create and implement automated marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
• Utilize Marketing Cloud's scripting languages to develop personalized messages and landing pages.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate best practices for effective journey creation.
• Coach team members in executing complex journey development and SMS campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget with a proven track record of exceeding performance goals.
• Experience with Data Extensions, Package Manager, and Template creation.
• Proficient in AMPscript, SQL, and other relevant scripting languages.
• Experience creating responsive emails and working with large data sets.
• Experience in email QA testing for rendering and deliverability across devices.
• Experience with User-Initiated and Triggered Automations using Automation Studio.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Core CRM data model and features.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience using marketing enablement solutions.
• Experience on Landing Pages and Microsites.
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Intelligence Reports.
