About the position

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer role at Mastech Digital involves supporting the lead developer in enhancing and maintaining a Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance. This position is crucial for ensuring effective data management and design updates, contributing to the overall digital transformation services provided to clients in the consulting domain. The role is contract-based and requires immediate availability.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead developer in making data and design updates to a Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance.
• Design a new data model.
• Configure data fields from new FTP transfers.
• Update journey decision steps.
• Modify dynamic content.
• Write HTML and AMPScript code in emails.
• Build reports in Marketing Cloud.
• Monitor performance of active journeys, automations, and data extensions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
• Proficiency in SQL, AMPScript, and HTML.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Java.
