About the position

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer at DaVita P360 is responsible for enhancing patient experiences through innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing marketing automation solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, and Data Cloud, focusing on patient engagement and retention. The developer will collaborate with various teams to create impactful digital campaigns that inspire and delight patients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing automation strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Data Cloud and Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with Business Strategists and Analysts to gather requirements and design targeted digital campaigns across multiple channels, including Email, SMS, Landing Pages and IVR.
  • Create and manage data extensions, SQL queries, and scripts (AMPScript & SSJS) for personalized communication with patients.
  • Design and implement automated workflows and patient journeys to enhance the patient experience and improve adherence to health programs.
  • Conduct thorough testing of campaigns to ensure fidelity, accuracy, and compliance in collaboration with QA Engineers.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives in alignment with Analysts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and patient engagement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its components.
  • Document processes, workflows, and solutions for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to communicate progress and insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Consultant, Developer, Administrator, Data Cloud Consultant) are a significant plus.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and subject matter expert.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and capabilities, especially for patient engagement.
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (AMPScript & Server-Side JavaScript).
  • Experience with data management, segmentation, and audience targeting in marketing automation.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and best practices for patient communication.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, focusing on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and marketing teams.
