The position involves creating, testing, and deploying customized email marketing modules using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Content Builder. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing email templates and content blocks, leveraging strong skills in HTML/CSS, AMP for Email, and AMPscript. The role requires utilizing Template Language and Server-Side JavaScript for template development, as well as building Cloud pages, landing pages, and interactive personalized cloud pages. A key aspect of the job is implementing Marketing Cloud personalization with Evergage to enhance website experiences, linking content to relevant data extensions to enable personalization, dynamic features, and reporting. In addition to the technical aspects, the candidate will lead the distribution and implementation of the email module library to internal stakeholders and key agency partners. They will manage ongoing requests for new email modules or updates to existing content, addressing standard business requirements and performing basic administrative tasks within Marketing Cloud, with support from the SFMC administrator. Ensuring that email designs and layouts are optimized, function correctly across various email clients, and are mobile-friendly is crucial. Attention to detail, quality assurance, and visual presentation using tools like Litmus are essential for success in this role. The candidate will also stay updated on email best practices and guide the enterprise in mobile-first email functionality, email accessibility, dark mode, AMP for Email, plain text, ALT text, and more. They will assist in designing and documenting strategies to leverage automation, dynamic content, data-driven segmentation, and other advanced Salesforce Marketing Cloud features to enhance customer engagement and response. Updating training materials for the internal design team and analyzing analytics and trends to derive actionable insights will also be part of the responsibilities. Understanding A/B and multivariate testing, as well as best practices for tracking and tagging, is necessary. The candidate should proactively identify and resolve issues, recommending appropriate solutions.
