About the position

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer at Sogeti is responsible for building, configuring, and supporting data-driven email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, designing personalized email content, and integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other external systems. The developer will also ensure data accuracy and optimize performance for marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and support data-driven email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud's Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
• Work with the client to understand requirements.
• Design and implement personalized email content, audience segmentation, and complex customer journeys.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systems such as websites, databases, and third-party applications.
• Develop API-triggered emails, ensuring smooth and efficient communication between systems.
• Ensure data flows between Marketing Cloud and SFDC are accurate and optimized for performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in web development or Salesforce development, with at least 2+ years focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong experience developing API-triggered emails and integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other external systems.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and HTML for developing and customizing email campaigns.
• Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other platforms.
