About the position

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Application Specialist at Client Financial, you will be responsible for building and executing omni-channel automations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role involves working closely with a digital strategist to align business needs with Marketing Cloud solutions and executing campaigns using Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder. A strong understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and best practices in automation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test and deploy marketing automation campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Build out customer lifecycle journeys and email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including automated and triggered campaigns.
• Monitor technical performance of assets and test/troubleshoot as necessary.
• Provide product and subject matter expertise to internal client teams.
• Estimate effort required to implement proposed solutions.
• Build and maintain solution-related documentation.

Requirements

• A 4-year college or university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing Cloud experience, with equivalent experience substitutable for education.
• Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification.
• Marketing Cloud Developer Certification.

Nice-to-haves

• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification.
• Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification.
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud to CRM Connect, Data Extensions, Audience building, and Journey Automation using Sales and Service data.
