About the position

The SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) Lead position is a critical role within our marketing technology team, focusing on the implementation and management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with SFMC, particularly in utilizing Journey Builder and Email Studio to create and manage marketing automation workflows. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and adhere to coding best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. In this position, you will be responsible for understanding project requirements and translating them into actionable user stories. Effective communication skills are essential, as you will be expected to handle client communications and coordinate with both onsite and offshore teams. The ability to deliver tasks on time while maintaining a high standard of work is crucial. Familiarity with project management tools such as Confluence and JIRA is a plus, as these tools will aid in tracking progress and collaborating with team members. As a lead, you will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and ensuring that the team adheres to best practices in project execution. Your expertise in SFMC will be instrumental in driving successful marketing campaigns and enhancing customer engagement through effective automation strategies.
