About the position

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer will be responsible for executing email marketing solutions, including design, development, and technical troubleshooting. This role requires end-to-end experience in setting up Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) from scratch, integrating it with Salesforce, and building custom workflows and templates. The developer will work closely with business users to ensure effective communication and implementation of marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Executes email marketing solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Setup, customize and develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related app implementations.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for automated marketing communications.
• Build custom email templates, dynamic emails, and customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Recommend, direct, and implement best practices on the platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience designing, administering and configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email marketing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce Sales Cloud Platform and best practices for integration leveraging the Marketing Cloud Connect Managed Package.
• Experience building custom email templates, dynamic emails, and customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
