The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis or consulting, with a focus on marketing technologies. They will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation across various marketing channels. In this role, the architect will work closely with clients to understand their marketing needs and objectives, leveraging their expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder. They will also be involved in data architecture and management, ensuring that the marketing solutions are scalable and effective. The architect will need to demonstrate a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and how they integrate with Salesforce's capabilities. The position requires experience in Agile methodologies, managing sprints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The architect will be expected to manage multiple stakeholders, particularly in complex, multi-location projects. They will also need to possess strong documentation skills, including process mapping, user stories, UML diagrams, and traceability matrices, to ensure that all business system requirements are met and managed effectively. A good functional knowledge of ECommerce, including D2C, Omnichannel Retailing, and Order Management, is essential for this role.
