OuterBox is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will combine your expertise in marketing automation and website personalization to drive impactful results for our clients. You will take ownership of client relationships, providing strategic guidance to deliver tailored customer experiences. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for personalization clients, proactively managing relationships by scheduling and leading client meetings, defining meeting agendas, and fostering open communication. You will develop a deep understanding of client business goals, challenges, and opportunities, primarily within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, to recommend and implement effective strategies. Your role will also involve designing and implementing sophisticated workflows that drive personalized customer experiences through complex triggers and various audience creation methods. You will collaborate with the team to ideate on customer lifecycle stages and segmentation strategies, contributing to a comprehensive audience engagement roadmap for clients. Continuous performance monitoring of all active workflows and automations will be essential to ensure quality and effectiveness, along with making optimization recommendations as necessary. Additionally, you will maintain robust data models and attribute definitions to enable scalable audience segmentation and support dynamic content personalization for campaigns and landing pages. Compliance with legal standards and industry best practices will be a priority, ensuring a focus on data privacy and system reliability.
