About the position

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Specialist will serve as a thought leader on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices, guiding omni-channel digital marketing strategies for a leading music streaming company. This role requires both strategic and technical capabilities to build solutions that effectively meet business needs and enhance marketing efforts within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a thought leader on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices, guiding omni-channel digital marketing strategies.
  • Design, develop, and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance customer engagement.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to align with complex business requirements, streamlining marketing automation.
  • Develop technical solutions for personalized customer journeys, email campaigns, and automation workflows that align with overarching marketing strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to enhance system reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Stay current with industry trends, product updates, and best practices in marketing automation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in campaign management, administration, configuration, and development.
  • Experience in product management, technical implementation, digital marketing, and data analysis.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
  • Advanced proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building and managing marketing automation workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed marketing strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
