About the position

We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant/Architect for a six-month contract role. The consultant will leverage their expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build and optimize marketing strategies, manage customer journeys, and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud. This position requires a strong understanding of SFMC features and the ability to work independently on various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and map customer journeys across multiple channels (email, SMS, etc.)
• Design and manage preference and privacy management settings in CRM (Core).
• Implement seamless integration between SFMC and Salesforce Sales Cloud using the appropriate connectors.
• Conduct audience management, segmentation, and campaign management operations within SFMC.
• Utilize Geo-targeting and Einstein engagement frequency management to enhance marketing efforts.
• Develop and refine attribution models, ensuring effective tracking of marketing initiatives.
• Create personalized marketing experiences and manage cross-channel journeys using SFMC tools such as Contact Builder, Automation Studio, Ad Studio, and Journey Builder.
• Integrate SFMC with DAM (Digital Asset Management) system using SSJS (Server side JavaScript) and similar integration experience.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture
• Salesforce Certification
• Proficiency in attribution modeling
• Experience with JavaScript
• Excellent communication skills
