About the position

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer is responsible for understanding business requirements and delivering high-quality technical solutions that empower the Marketing teams to utilize the Marketing Cloud automation platform. This position will support the email and channel marketing team with building custom queries, email templates, amp script-based dynamic templates, automation jobs, and build out comprehensive customer 1:1 journey.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions for Marketing teams.
• Support the email and channel marketing team with building custom queries and email templates.
• Create amp script-based dynamic templates and automation jobs.
• Build comprehensive customer 1:1 journeys.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Technologies.
• 4+ years of experience as a marketing cloud developer and/or administrator.
• Experience in Marketing Cloud Connector setup.
• Experience in Marketing Cloud Integration with Salesforce and other applications.
• Experience in Automation Studio, Email Studio, Journey Builder.
• Email deliverability monitoring, reporting, and IP warming marketing automation experience.
• Familiarity with building email templates and content using Content Builder.
• Experience with AMPScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, JSON, XML, MQ, HTTP, REST, and JavaScript.
• Experience in querying Data Extensions and writing SQL Query Activities.
• Certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Marketing Cloud Consultant is preferred.

• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification.
• Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.
