As a Salesforce Mobile Publisher Developer, you will play a crucial role in customizing and branding Salesforce mobile applications to align with our organization’s identity. This position requires you to configure app navigation, themes, and icons to meet specific business requirements, ensuring that the mobile experience is tailored to our users. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce CRM and the mobile app, implementing and troubleshooting data synchronization between mobile devices and Salesforce to maintain a smooth user experience. In addition to app customization, you will set up mobile user interfaces and workflows based on defined business processes. This includes configuring app settings such as permissions, security features, and offline capabilities to enhance the functionality of the mobile application. Your role will also involve developing custom features and functionality for the mobile app as needed, conducting thorough testing to ensure optimal performance across various devices and operating systems. You will manage the submission process of the app to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, handling app updates and ensuring compliance with app store guidelines. A significant aspect of your role will be designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience, incorporating user feedback to continuously improve the app’s usability. Additionally, you will address any issues or bugs that arise in the mobile app, providing ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the app runs smoothly. To measure the success of the mobile application, you will implement analytics to track app usage and performance, generating reports to analyze user engagement and identify areas for improvement. This position requires a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, mobile development skills, and technical expertise in web technologies, making it essential for you to possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to optimize app performance.
