About the position

Northwell Health is seeking Salesforce professionals to join their Information Technology team, which is responsible for implementing and monitoring technology solutions across the organization. This role offers opportunities for career growth within the Enterprise Digital Services team as Northwell Health undergoes a digital transformation. The positions are fully remote, and candidates will have the chance to participate in a virtual interview day.

Responsibilities

  • Create, implement, and monitor technology solutions that support the organization.
  • Participate in the digital transformation initiatives across Northwell Health.
  • Collaborate with a team of technology leaders to drive innovation in healthcare technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience and progressive experience where team leadership was demonstrated.
  • Advanced working knowledge and experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Strong knowledge and experience using SQL/NoSQL, Python, R, Spark, Git, and data pipeline tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • 7+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience in healthcare.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator Certificate.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and/or Data Cloud.
