Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions using Salesforce platforms including Mulesoft, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Health Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead and mentor junior team members in best practices for Salesforce development and implementation.
- Optimize existing data pipelines and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Participate in the design and architecture of scalable and efficient data solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience for Lead Software Engineer positions, with demonstrated team leadership.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience for Senior Software Engineer positions.
- Advanced working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with enterprise-level design and implementation of relational databases and big data technologies.
Nice-to-haves
- 7+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform.
- Experience in healthcare settings.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator Certificate and other advanced Salesforce certifications preferred.
- Experience with managing healthcare data and unstructured data.
