About the position

The Salesforce nCino Developer role is focused on participating in product planning and design sessions, documenting user stories, and analyzing complex business scenarios. The position requires independent judgment to guide the implementation of nCino and Salesforce platform configurations, while collaborating with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in product planning and design sessions and document user stories.
• Review and analyze complex business scenarios and operational processes.
• Conduct technical research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives to drive product configurations.
• Exercise independent judgment to guide and implement nCino and Salesforce platform configuration.
• Present recommendations for resolving complex situations and develop expertise in functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate and consult with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the scope of responsibilities.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 8 years of Salesforce Admin and configuration experience.
• 3+ years of experience in configuration and customization of nCino.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM.
• Experience with commercial lending business.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to commute to Atlanta, GA (Preferred).
• Ability to relocate to Atlanta, GA before starting work (Preferred).
