About the position

The Salesforce Platform Technical Architect will lead the implementation lifecycle of Salesforce solutions within the banking sector, focusing on designing scalable systems that meet specific business needs. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to industry best practices, particularly in Financial Services Cloud and nCino applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes related to banking.
• Design comprehensive and scalable Salesforce solutions that align with industry best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Prototype new solutions in lower environments to showcase functionality.
• Utilize expertise in Salesforce and nCino to configure and customize systems for banking needs.
• Establish and enforce architectural principles and guidelines for Salesforce and nCino implementations.
• Work closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the Salesforce and nCino architecture.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and leverage knowledge to drive innovation in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Lead functional and technical workshops, demonstrating leadership in solution design and deployment.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or related IT discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in developing technology solutions, particularly in Banking and Financial Services.
• Experience with Integration Architecture and Platform Security.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management/Integration Security.
• Experience with Data Architecture and Management, and Architectural Design Patterns.
• Proficiency in Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, and modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with OmniStudio Developer/Consultant.

Nice-to-haves

• Salesforce Certification (Admin, Developer, Sales, and Service Clouds, Application Architect)
• Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience/Marketing Cloud, and OmniStudio.
• Knowledge of Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, nCino - LOS and Treasury Services.
