About the position

The Product Analyst at NTT DATA plays a crucial role in the Product Management lifecycle, collaborating with various stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into actionable requirements for development teams. This position involves crafting user stories, documenting acceptance criteria, and streamlining processes to enhance product capabilities. The Product Analyst is expected to communicate effectively with both business and technology partners, ensuring a shared understanding of priorities and success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, developers, designers, and business stakeholders to understand user needs.
• Translate user needs into tangible requirements for development teams.
• Leverage metrics and inputs from research to craft user stories and document acceptance criteria.
• Capture as-is processes and help streamline to-be processes.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, end-users, and IT software development teams.
• Drive business process design and document process flows considering policy and stakeholder impacts.
• Contribute during scrum rituals such as Daily Stand-Ups, Backlog Grooming, and Sprint Planning.
• Become a subject matter expert in user interactions with supported technology.

Requirements

• Experience in IT sourcing and product management.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies, particularly Scaled Agile Framework.
• Ability to create business cases, gather requirements, and perform feature gap analysis.
• Strong communication skills to act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams.
• Experience in documenting use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of enterprise application development and delivery processes.

Nice-to-haves

• Good knowledge of software procurement processes.
• Experience with LeanIX or similar architect process and tools.
