About the position

The Salesforce Product Owner will play a crucial role in delivering custom Salesforce.com solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. This position involves managing the product backlog, defining requirements, and supporting the development team in implementing enhancements to the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing the product backlog to maximize the value of the product.
• Defining business and functional requirements.
• Developing business processes.
• Proposing designs and development for processes and tools to support customer service levels and operational KPIs.
• Providing technical support for the setup and implementation of new customer and service engagements.
• Communicating timely and escalating issues while working towards resolutions.
• Supporting implementation and driving documentation and reporting of key metrics and results.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner with a strong background in delivering custom Salesforce.com solutions.
• Expertise in requirements definition and product ownership.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience with JIRA and Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Experience with integration of marketing data and systems such as Eloqua, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
