About the position

The Salesforce Program Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a cross-functional Salesforce program, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and successful implementation of the Salesforce platform. This role involves translating user requirements into actionable plans for the product team and overseeing the development process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a cross-functional Salesforce Program, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with teams to define and prioritize Salesforce requirements.
• Translate user needs into clear and concise feature requirements for the product team.
• Guide the product team through the development process and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Drive the development of workflow documentation, user acceptance testing, and project management processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a cross-functional Salesforce Program Management or Implementation role.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Media Cloud and Marketing Cloud products.
• Salesforce Admin Certification.
• Strong familiarity with the product development lifecycle, including project management, testing, and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and 'sell' complex strategies and workflows to diverse teams.
• Experience working with global marketing and technical teams, including data science and engineering.
• The ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and adapt quickly to solve challenges.
• High resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• A positive attitude and a collaborative approach to working in dynamic teams.
