About the position

The Salesforce QA Engineer position at NTT DATA is a remote role focused on ensuring the quality and effectiveness of digital technology and services built for clients. The role involves building automation frameworks for end-to-end testing, integrating various automation frameworks, and managing quality issues to ensure successful project execution. The position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality engineering applications using agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Build Automation frameworks for End to End Testing of different systems
• Integrate different Automation frameworks
• Build Automation frameworks that can interact with boundary systems such as Oracle
• Write clear and concise test documents and automation scripts
• Build test cases and execute testing with complex data shape
• Familiarity with DEVOPs tools like Jenkins and building pipelines from scratch
• Create UI/API end-to-end cross-cloud impacting integration automation
• Drive test practices within the team
• Organize and drive cross product testing
• Diagnose, track and manage quality issues to resolution
• Communicate status and risk to the team and manager
• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Deliver engineering applications using agile/scrum methodology

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance processes, methodologies, and best practices
• 5+ years experience developing on the Salesforce.com platform & API
• 5+ years of experience with software development and quality engineering, Selenium, Karate Framework, system-level testing and End to End Testing
• 5+ years experience using API testing tools like Postman, SoapUI
• 5+ years of experience using SOAP UI for WebServices automation
• 5+ years experience with Multiple Automation frameworks like Keyword, Data driven and Hybrid
• 5+ Expertise in Core Java programming, strong in OOPS Concepts and collection framework
• Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Ant, Maven, or other similar technologies
• 5+ years experience with test automation tools for functional, regression, performance and load testing
• 5+ years experience using Selenium or any of the Open-Source Automation Frameworks and unit testing frameworks such as TestNG, J-Unit and/or scripting language like JS, Perl

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in multi-platform testing (Windows, UNIX, LINUX)
• Background with Force.com (Apex and Visualforce), Java and an understanding of Javascript, CSS, SOAP XML, and HTML
• Experience with Salesforce Quote to Cash Process
• Participate in product and feature design with technical staff, product members
• Excellent cross-group communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with J2EE Technologies (e.g. JSP, Servlets, EJB, WebServices, SOA)
• Experience in testing and/or developing Enterprise Integration Systems and Financial applications
