About the position

The position involves developing and executing test plans and test cases specifically for Salesforce applications. The role focuses on ensuring the quality and functionality of these applications through various testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and integration testing. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining automated test scripts and collaborating with developers and stakeholders to enhance application performance and compliance with best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications
• Identify, analyze, and document defects, errors, and inconsistencies in Salesforce applications
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing of Salesforce applications
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications
• Perform manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications
• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure quality of Salesforce applications
• Monitor and report on test progress and results
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve Salesforce applications
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and standards
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and changes
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce applications and testing methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in developing test plans and test cases
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
• Knowledge of functional, regression, and integration testing
• Ability to document defects and inconsistencies clearly
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes
