Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans outlining the scope, objectives, and approach for testing Salesforce applications.
• Identify test scenarios, test cases, and data requirements based on functional and technical specifications.
• Create detailed test cases that cover all aspects of Salesforce functionality, including customizations, integrations, and configurations.
• Execute manual and automated (preferred) tests to validate that Salesforce applications meet specified requirements.
• Verify the seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications, validating data flow and consistency across integrated platforms.
• Ensure the availability of relevant test data for Salesforce testing purposes.
• Develop and maintain data sets to cover various testing scenarios and conditions.

Requirements

• Salesforce testing experience in Integration, Performance, Accessibility, Regression, and Security.
• Experience with Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Service Cloud (FSC).
• Salesforce certification (Administrator or other).
• Ability to analyze and create a comprehensive Test Plan.
• Ability to create system, UAT, and regression test scripts, test logs, and track/report on test results.
• Experience performing software, data, and configuration quality assurance and validation for online and mission-critical applications.
• Experience identifying and documenting defects in test management tools.
• Experience validating API performance using automation/performance testing tools (preferred).
• Experience with automated testing tools in the Salesforce ecosystem (preferred).
