About the position

CGI is seeking a Salesforce QA Tester to join their team, which can be located remotely across the U.S. This role involves conducting end-to-end testing of Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced environment, supporting one of the largest leaders in the secondary mortgage industry. The position requires collaboration with product owners and developers to ensure quality and functionality of Salesforce applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce Solutions, including configuration and customization (APEX classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web components, etc.)
• Execute test cases using Salesforce testing tools and frameworks.
• Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze assigned user stories, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirements.
• Adhere to defined testing standards and develop well-structured, maintainable, and easy-to-understand test scripts and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) post-deployment and ensure all requirements are met.
• Document and report defects, and work with developers to resolve them.

Requirements

• 10 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce QA
• Salesforce Certified Administrator Certification
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Proficiency in creating concise test scripts for user stories
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
