About the position

The Salesforce QA / Tester role is focused on ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce implementation projects through comprehensive testing strategies. The position requires collaboration with various teams to lead testing efforts, validate features, and manage defect resolution, all while utilizing Agile Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Test all phases of QA efforts for medium and large enterprise Salesforce implementation projects.
• Conduct manual testing of Salesforce projects using Agile Scrum methodology.
• Validate screens and ensure functionality meets requirements.
• Plan, prepare, and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, including end-to-end test scenarios across multiple systems.
• Develop test strategies and manage all aspects of software testing and defect management.
• Determine testing scope using a risk-based testing approach.
• Verify that fixes for defects and new features work as expected and do not cause regressions.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in QA testing for Salesforce implementation projects.
• Experience in manual testing of Salesforce projects using Agile Scrum methodology.
• Proven experience in planning and executing functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Strong communication skills to share testing knowledge and strategies in a collaborative environment.
• Experience in developing test strategies and managing defect management.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud.
