About the position

The Salesforce Quote-to-Cash Business Architect at Neocol is responsible for managing and developing Salesforce solutions for clients, ensuring the platform is tailored to meet business objectives. This role involves analyzing business processes, implementing change management initiatives, and overseeing a functional project team. The architect will lead workshops to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, and create documentation to support the implementation of Salesforce functionalities, particularly in Quote-to-Cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Salesforce solutions for clients.
• Review and analyze business processes and information needs.
• Implement change management initiatives to improve user experience.
• Oversee the Salesforce Functional project team.
• Lead discovery and requirements refinement workshops.
• Synthesize requirements into user stories and solution design documentation.
• Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirements.
• Produce functional and system design documentation.
• Create test scenarios for applications and enhancements.
• Facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality rollouts.
• Develop complex reports and dashboards to support business metrics.
• Identify and develop super user knowledge across the business.

Requirements

• Minimum of one Salesforce certification, preferably Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201).
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce setup and configuration.
• 5+ years of business analyst or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience working for a Salesforce Partner or equivalent.
• Experience with a minimum of 5 end-to-end implementations.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience with CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
