About the position

The Salesforce Revenue Cloud Manager role at PwC involves leading a team to help clients leverage Salesforce technology to enhance customer experiences and drive sustainable change. The position focuses on developing custom solutions that transform sales, service, and marketing capabilities, while also managing complex business issues from strategy to execution. As a manager, you will coach team members, analyze complex proposals, and develop meaningful recommendations to meet client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in a professional services organization as a Solution Architect and/or Senior Business Consultant delivering moderate to complex Q2C, ERP, Revenue, Billing and/or Salesforce.com solutions.
• Experience in the Quote-to-Cash domain with at least two of the following: Quote & Order Management, Billing, Invoicing & Collections, Revenue Accounting and Automation.
• Experience managing client needs and leading business discussions.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems.
• Certifications such as Conga(Apttus) Billing Administrator, Zuora Billing Consultant, Salesforce Billing Specialist, and Revenue Cloud Accredited professional.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
