About the position

This position is for a Manager within Salesforce Consulting services at PwC, focusing on helping clients leverage Salesforce technology to enhance customer experiences and drive sustainable change. The role involves understanding client challenges, developing custom solutions, and transforming sales, service, and marketing capabilities. The Manager will work as part of a team to solve complex business issues, coach team members, and uphold the firm's code of ethics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in a professional services organization as a Solution Architect and/or Senior Business Consultant delivering moderate to complex Q2C, ERP, Revenue, Billing and/or Salesforce.com solutions.
• Experience in the Quote-to-Cash domain with at least two of the following: Quote & Order Management, Billing, Invoicing & Collections, Revenue Accounting and Automation.
• Experience managing client needs and leading business discussions.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems.
• Certifications such as Conga(Apttus) Billing Administrator, Zuora Billing Consultant, Salesforce Billing Specialist, and others related to Salesforce and billing solutions.
