About the position

As a Manager within Salesforce Consulting services at PwC, you will help clients leverage Salesforce technology to enhance customer experiences and drive results. This role involves developing custom solutions to transform sales, service, and marketing capabilities, while also focusing on understanding client challenges and managing customer life cycles. You will work as part of a team to solve complex business issues, coach team members, and develop meaningful recommendations based on data and insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years of experience in a professional services organization as a Solution Architect and/or Senior Business Consultant delivering moderate to complex Q2C, ERP, Revenue, Billing and/or Salesforce.com solutions.
  • Experience in the Quote-to-Cash domain with at least two of the following: Quote & Order Management, Billing, Invoicing & Collections, Revenue Accounting and Automation.
  • Experience managing client needs and leading business discussions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems.
  • Certifications such as Conga(Apttus) Billing Administrator, Zuora Billing Consultant, Salesforce Billing Specialist Superbadge, and Revenue Cloud Accredited professional.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
