About the position

The Salesforce Revenue Cloud Manager at PwC is responsible for leveraging Salesforce technology to enhance client customer experiences and drive sustainable change. This role involves developing custom solutions to transform sales, service, and marketing capabilities, while also focusing on data analysis, customer lifecycle management, and community engagement. As a manager, the individual will lead a team in solving complex business issues and will be expected to develop leadership skills and foster personal development among team members.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new skills outside of comfort zone.
