About the position

The Salesforce Revenue Cloud Manager role at PwC involves leading a team to help clients leverage Salesforce technology to enhance customer experiences and drive sustainable change. The position requires a strong focus on understanding client challenges and developing custom solutions that transform sales, service, and marketing capabilities. As a manager, you will be responsible for coaching team members, analyzing complex business issues, and providing strategic recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in a professional services organization as a Solution Architect and/or Senior Business Consultant delivering moderate to complex Q2C, ERP, Revenue, Billing and/or Salesforce.com solutions.
• Experience in the Quote-to-Cash domain with at least two of the following: Quote & Order Management, Billing, Invoicing & Collections, Revenue Accounting and Automation.
• Experience managing client needs and leading business discussions.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems.
• Certifications such as Conga(Apttus) Billing Administrator, Zuora Billing Consultant, Salesforce Billing Specialist, and Revenue Cloud Accredited professional.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
