About the position

As a Manager within Salesforce Consulting services at PwC, you will help clients leverage Salesforce technology to enhance customer experiences and drive sustainable change. This role involves developing custom solutions powered by Salesforce to transform sales, service, and marketing capabilities, while also focusing on data analysis, customer lifecycle management, and employee engagement. You will be part of a team that addresses complex business issues and fosters leadership development through the PwC Professional framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in a professional services organization as a Solution Architect or Senior Business Consultant delivering complex Q2C, ERP, Revenue, Billing, or Salesforce.com solutions.
• Experience in the Quote-to-Cash domain with knowledge in Quote & Order Management, Billing, Invoicing & Collections, and Revenue Accounting and Automation.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems.
• Certifications such as Conga Billing Administrator, Zuora Billing Consultant, Salesforce Billing Specialist, and Revenue Cloud Accredited professional.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and managing data migration for billing and revenue applications.
