About the position

The Salesforce Revenue Cloud Manager role at PwC involves leading a team to help clients leverage Salesforce technology to enhance customer experiences and drive results. This position focuses on developing custom solutions powered by Salesforce, addressing complex business issues, and managing client relationships. The role requires a strong understanding of the Quote-to-Cash domain and involves coaching team members, analyzing complex proposals, and simplifying messages for effective communication.

  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years of experience in a professional services organization as a Solution Architect and/or Senior Business Consultant delivering moderate to complex Q2C, ERP, Revenue, Billing and/or Salesforce.com solutions.
  • Extensive experience in the Quote-to-Cash domain with knowledge in Quote & Order Management, Billing, Invoicing & Collections, and Revenue Accounting and Automation.
  • Experience managing client needs and leading business discussions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems.
  • Certifications such as Conga(Apttus) Billing Administrator, Zuora Billing Consultant, Salesforce Billing Specialist, and Revenue Cloud Accredited professional.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
