About the position

As a Manager within Salesforce Consulting services at PwC, you will leverage Salesforce technology to enhance client customer experiences and drive sustainable change. This role involves understanding client challenges and developing custom solutions to transform their sales, service, and marketing capabilities. You will work as part of a team to solve complex business issues, utilizing the PwC Professional framework to develop leadership skills and foster team effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in a professional services organization as a Solution Architect and/or Senior Business Consultant delivering moderate to complex Q2C, ERP, Revenue, Billing and/or Salesforce.com solutions.
• Experience in the Quote-to-Cash domain with at least two of the following: Quote & Order Management, Billing, Invoicing & Collections, Revenue Accounting and Automation.
• Experience working on at least 3 projects from design through go-live on platforms in the Order to Cash domain such as Zuora, Apttus/Conga, Salesforce Revenue Cloud.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems.
• Certifications such as Conga(Apttus) Billing Administrator, Zuora Billing Consultant, Salesforce Billing Specialist Superbadge.
• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies.
• Desire to obtain Salesforce and deep industry sector specialization over time.
