About the position

The Salesforce Revenue Cloud Manager position at PwC involves leading a team to help clients leverage Salesforce technology to enhance customer experiences and drive results. The role focuses on developing custom solutions to transform sales, service, and marketing capabilities, while also managing complex business issues from strategy to execution. As a manager, you will coach team members, analyze complex proposals, and develop meaningful recommendations based on data insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in a professional services organization as a Solution Architect or Senior Business Consultant delivering Q2C, ERP, Revenue, Billing, or Salesforce.com solutions.
• Experience in the Quote-to-Cash domain with knowledge in Quote & Order Management, Billing, Invoicing & Collections, and Revenue Accounting and Automation.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems.
• Certifications such as Conga Billing Administrator, Zuora Billing Consultant, Salesforce Billing Specialist, and Revenue Cloud Accredited professional.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and managing data management projects.
