About the position

As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will leverage a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications to provide consulting services to clients. This role involves analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications. Your expertise will help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives while growing as a strategic advisor within the firm.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and implement software solutions for Salesforce applications.
• Provide training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications.
• Motivate and coach team members to solve complex problems.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
• Direct the team through complex situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment.
• Validate outcomes with clients and act on their feedback.
• Lead business discussions with clients to guide design choices.
• Manage project plans, budgets, and deliverables schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 7 years of consulting experience with proven technical and functional expertise in Finance and Accounting functions.
• Proven knowledge of accounting systems/GL integration, billing systems, or revenue recognition.
• Experience in the Quote-to-Cash domain with knowledge of billing, invoicing, and collections.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Accounting & Technology, or Supply Chain Management.
• Certifications such as Conga Billing Administrator, Zuora Billing Consultant, or Salesforce Advanced Billing Specialist Superbadge.
• Experience working on at least 3 projects from design through go-live on platforms like Zuora or Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
