About the position

As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications to provide consulting services to clients. Your role involves analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications. You will assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives while growing as a strategic advisor and motivating others to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving strategic objectives.
• Leverage influence and expertise to deliver quality results as a strategic advisor.
• Motivate and coach team members to solve complex problems.
• Apply sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate issues.
• Communicate clearly and effectively to convey holistic stories and validate outcomes with clients.
• Direct the team through complexity and demonstrate composure in challenging situations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• 7 years of consulting experience with proven technical and functional expertise in Finance and Accounting functions.
• Proven knowledge of accounting systems/GL integration, billing systems, or revenue recognition.
• Experience in the Quote-to-Cash domain with knowledge in Quote & Order Management, Billing, Invoicing & Collections, and Revenue Accounting and Automation.
• Experience working on at least 3 projects from design through go-live on platforms like Zuora, Apttus/Conga, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, etc.
• Deep understanding of transactional, recurring, consumption-based, subscription, and project-based monetization models.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
