The Senior Manager for Salesforce Revenue Cloud at PwC is responsible for providing consulting services to clients, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency through Salesforce applications. Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services to clients, analyzing their needs and implementing software solutions.
• Offer training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications.
• Lead teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment.
• Develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
• Craft and convey clear, impactful messages to clients and stakeholders.
• Validate outcomes with clients and act on their feedback.
• Initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.
• Make difficult decisions to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 7 years of consulting experience with proven technical and functional expertise in Finance and Accounting functions.
• Proven knowledge of accounting systems/GL integration, billing systems, or revenue recognition.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Accounting & Technology, or Supply Chain Management.
• Certifications such as Conga Billing Administrator, Zuora Billing Consultant, Salesforce Billing Specialist Superbadge.
